Dr. Aisha Cuadras Mañon was born in Miami, Florida. As a teenager, she had a passion for healthcare and believed in the spirit of volunteerism. Dr. Mañon volunteered at Baptist Hospital of Miami while attending high school and continued her passion for volunteering throughout her time of studies at the University of Florida. After graduating with a degree in Dietetics from the University of Florida and one year of employment as a dental assistant, she then continued her doctoral studies at the University of Florida.

In 2007, Dr. Mañon graduated with the degree of Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry from the University of Florida. After moving to Orlando, she practiced dentistry as an associate dentist in private practice. During this time, she became acquainted with the mission and community outreach of the Dental Care Access Foundation and became a volunteer for the organization. Dr. Mañon later worked as a dentist for the University of Central Florida Student Health Services for more than ten years. During this time, she became a Board Member for the Dental Care Access Foundation.

She currently works for Beam Health Group which affords her the opportunity to expand her knowledge, skill, and community service within the dental and healthcare community. Dr. Mañon believes the greatest gift dentistry has presented her is the ability to willingly give the gift of healthcare and compassion to others.
